Cahill Properties, LLC is a real estate acquisition, development and construction management and property management company that works in the markets of the Northeast.  The portfolios of properties that are being developed are Residential, Senior Housing, Apartments, Flex Office buildings, and Hotels. These properties are being developed through Cahill Properties, LLC for its own account and partner’s portfolio.

Cahill Properties, LLC provides real estate development, asset management and construction management services for 3rd party clients, real estate development partnerships and community organizations.  Some project assignments have included, a mix-use mid rise residential/commercial development; a proposed 8 story apartment complex  of 300 units 5 story parking garage;  124 room suburban hotels; community church; residential subdivisions; senior housing mix use project; and self storage complex.
